The Road to Relentless- squats and deads- week 10

I just read this article about how interruptions kill productivity!  And it is true!  Especially (no X in that word, please note all you who say exspecially) when you are over 40!!  I used to be a great multi tasker but the older I get, the worse I am at it.  Now it is all I can do to get one thing accomplished or thought about.   So dont talk to me when I am trying to get stuff done :)  And it probably explains why some of my posts are so random and rambling because I get interrupted a lot around here.

Had two emergency calls last night that resulted in disrupting my sleep but neither one wanted to bring the dogs in.  Up this morning at 3:40 and off to the gym.

It has been a pretty good day at the office.  We had a dog come in for vomiting that has a previous history of eating rocks and being blocked and sure enough, it had eaten more rocks and had one stuck in the intestines.

The afternoon has been moving right along.  Devri and I are headed down to Flemings as soon as we get done with appointments here in the office.  They have a few hernias to repair and one of them needs to be ASAP.  So we rearranged a few things and will get them taken care of tonight.
