How does anybody live without at least one dog in their life? They add so much to life and make it so much better, I cant imagine my life without them in it. Except when they are bad, when they are bad, I throw them all outside and pretend for 2 minutes that I dont have them but then the barking barking barking drives me crazy and I have to let them come back home. :)
It was so busy last night at the clinic and we didnt get done until after 6 and then it was off to karate to pick up Emma and home for dinner and then bed.
Got up this morning and headed off to the gym. I walked inside and it was maybe 10 degrees cooler than the surface of the sun. The cleaning guy said, “Yeah, she is going to try and turn on the cooler soon.” Really, going to turn it on soon? It has been at least 107 degrees every day for the over a week, she should have already turned the cooler on :/

It has been a completely crazy day. We only had half a dozen surgeries but the walk ins were completely crazy! The front lobby was packed for three hours! We didnt get to our last three surgeries until almost noon. The afternoon has been just as busy and it ended with six horse castrations at 108 degrees! We have had a lot of sick dogs lately and last night we had 7 dogs on IV fluids! Half of them went home today but I think we still have at least four of them here and still on fluids. Life is good when it is busy!!
Red James went today, he didnt like it very well either.
I think Charlie is getting to like it better.
