I am trying very hard to get back on my nutrition plan and stick to it. I really fell off the wagon after I stopped paying to be babysat. I havent been terrible, horrible, no good, super bad but I havent been good either. Mainly I have been eating too many carbs, way too many carbs. Like yesterday when I ate almost two whole loaves of amazingly wonderful local bakery bread :o Today I have chastise myself and am back on the wagon and feeling pretty good. One good thing is my weight has gone up and down from 163-167 but never stayed up for more than a day. I am generally about 164 and I think that is a good holding ground for now. After I finish up with the races and get my life back to normal I will try to get down to 160 and stay there. I am a pretty big framed girl and dont feel the need to be a walking stick.
We had a busy busy day yesterday and I didnt get out of the office until after 6 only to have to come back a few hours later for an emergency. I slept alright and got up at 4 and out the door about 5.

Todays surgeries went smoother and we were done before noon even though there were 12 or 13 or 14. I like days like that! Heck, even all the packs are cleaned and in the autoclave.
I went tanning at lunch, I love it. There is nothing like some UV stimulation to make ones brain happier. I ran a few errands and then came home and ate some lunch and it is back to the clinic for afternoon appointments. Most of them are vaccines so it should be a good afternoon without much chaos.
