The Cube cycle 3 wave 2 week 1 – OHP explosive

It is finally friday!!!  Now if it was friday April 4th because then I wouldnt have horse races any more.  Only 5 more weekends, I can do this!

Last night I had to finally venture out and go to Dreadmart.  It has been at least a month since I have been there and I had to get a few things and stop by Safeway and get some food.  I dont like to buy any cold stuff at walmart because how do you know if someone didnt put it somewhere else in the store and the employee just plopped it back on the shelf.

Got to bed a bit later than I would have liked but I slept pretty darn well.  Up and out at the usual times.

The morning surgeries seemed to take forever.   Im not entirely sure why but they just seemed to take longer to get through then they should.

We had the Royal Canin guy come at lunch and do a lunch and learn.  I never really listen much to what he says but he does always bring awesome food. :)

The afternoon is the most oddly mixed bunch of appointments that we have had in a long time but it is going by fast!!  It is almost 4 and the horses are starting to show up and so I will have to be going in and out doing some joint injections and xrays and coming in to see sick stuff.  Ahhhh Its not bad though, being too busy is better than be slow!!!

On a side note, I have got to slow down on the eating because I am getting fluffy again and that is not the direction I want to be going.  Right now is supposed to be about maintaining and I am but I am letting myself eat stuff that I shouldnt and it will catch up to me!  That is the problem with not being babysat by somebody, nobody cares what you feed yourself or what the scale says other than you and it is way too easy to fall back into bad eating habits.   I am going to do better.  I generally do good on the weekends at the horse races and then it kind of goes to hell once I am home.  Primarily because I havent really had any food in the house so I just eat whatever and whatever isnt good for me.
