The Cube cycle 3 wave 1 week 3 – OHP reps

Wow, sometimes at the end of the week I dont think my coping skills are very on target.  I really need to work on that.  It isnt that anything necessarily is wrong it is just that my patience is pretty much non existent.  Is there any way to bank that stuff?  You know, on good days when you dont use that much of it you can store it in a jar in the corner that says. “In case of emergency, break glass!”   That would be pretty cool :)

Yesterday I had a client give me a care package that consisted of personalized M&Ms and some cool wonder woman socks.  I dont eat much sweets anymore but Jenn opened them up and I had a couple of handfuls and boy did it ever send me on a downward crash a little bit later that I never really recovered from.  I need to be more careful with pairing small amounts of sweets with large amounts of protein and a bit of healthy fats!  Thats what I get for being a pig!!!

Emma had her karate belt exam last night.  They dont start until 7:30!!  That is bed time for us!  I know, I know, normal people dont go to bed that early but I am not normal, I like my sleep and 4 am comes very early!!

I just had a client ask me if I would check his dogs titties. As I am listening to her heart he says, “can you check her titties?” It took everything in me to not say, “excuse me?” Instead I said, “is she spayed?” to which they replied, “yes, but her titties are kind of fat. Arent pitbulls supposed to have small titties?” I look up and say, “she is fat, so she is going to have fat titties.”  People are so weird.  Is there a magazine out there that has pictures of pitbull titties?

Ok, back on track now.  Very slow to get up this morning and a bit late getting out the door.

I got the keys for the back room from the gym owner yesterday and David took his awesome birthday present from me :) a texas deadlift bar, over there yesterday and so I got to be the first one to use it.  It was a very self serving birthday present :)

I am so glad it is friday!  Even though I have to get up the same time and drive two hours and work all day tomorrow there is just something nice about having things be different.    I have to work Rillito Race track in Tucson on saturday and sunday and then drive up to Phoenix on sunday night so that I can work for Dr Muller as the track vet at Turf Paradise.    Because of this I am going to take next week off as a deload week because my introvert self can not handle the thought of lifting someplace with a bunch of people.
