The Cube cycle 2 week 3 wave 2 – OHP heavy

Im going to try and remember what happened on friday because we have switched waves and I dont want to mix up my workouts because I am weird that way.

As per the usual schedule it was up at 4 and out the door a bit after 5.

OHP heavy

I walked on the treadmill at a 15 degree incline for 10 mins at 3 mph.  Nothing too spectacular but it does get me all warmed up and in a frame of body for my workout.  I know that one isnt supposed to hang on to the rails  but I do it because at that angle it really bothers my lower back.

OHP

*90# for 3 sets of 2

*65# for 3 sets of 10

I dont remember much else about the day so I guess it was a pretty normal day with a lot of surgeries, walk ins and appointments.  :)
