Im going to try and remember what happened on friday because we have switched waves and I dont want to mix up my workouts because I am weird that way.
As per the usual schedule it was up at 4 and out the door a bit after 5.
OHP heavy
I walked on the treadmill at a 15 degree incline for 10 mins at 3 mph. Nothing too spectacular but it does get me all warmed up and in a frame of body for my workout. I know that one isnt supposed to hang on to the rails but I do it because at that angle it really bothers my lower back.
