EEEK! I am way behind on my posts. Not that anybody other than myself cares. It just bothers my tiny sense of wanting to be organized and on top of things to not keep up on my workout posts. My life really isnt that organized but I like to pretend it is.
I will keep this short because it is way late and I have todays workout to post and it is a new wave so it must be separate.

I still wasnt feeling very well at all for this workout and it shows. My pulls were horrible and completely lack luster but I did it.

I was running out of steam fast!
It was thanksgiving and after working out I went home and changed and headed over to the church to prepare food for the homeless and low income families. I stayed in the kitchen the whole time so I didnt have to be nice to very many people :). Things went smooth and after 5 hours it was home. I laid down for a few minutes because my back was a bit irritated from bending over washing dishes for a few hours after my dead workout.

I dont think I did any abs because I am a loser and didnt feel very good.
I dont remember much about friday at work other than it was very busy and I was very glad it was friday!
