What a week this has been and it is only wednesday! I just now realized that I never had time to post my workout from monday, cant imagine why! So lets go back to monday and see if we can get caught up!
New program, obviously. Less is More, less weight, more reps; less food, more definition; less bad form, more out of my lifts. Simple basic lifts trying to get my form to be better on squats, deads and bench.
