“Power Pyramid” week 4b- chest and back

I started this dang post on Monday and here it is Thursday and I am just now getting back to it.  I am not sure if I have really been that busy or just that lazy :)

Had a good weekend if I remember correctly.  Saturday I had a ranch call about an hour and a half away to bleed some horses and a few other random things.  The monchers went with me and we had a nice trip.   It was home for a nap and hanging out the rest of the day.  Sunday was church and nails in the afternoon along with several emergencies.  One of them being a c section on a pit bull that had 3 dead puppies in her.  The poor thing had been in labor for over 24 hrs and the owner had not one penny to his name.  I couldnt let the dog suffer because she has a bad owner.

Went to bed early I am sure and rolled slowly out of bed at 4:30!  The entire southeastern part of the state is sick with multiple types of crud that I have managed to avoid most of but have had a bit of a sinus deal and now a slight cold.  Blah, hate being sick!

We were the usual busy at the office and didnt get done with surgeries until after noon.  I ran a few errands and there was the most unusual rainbow.  It was very wide and flat.  I loved it!

I am apparently a slave driver because we were open all day on monday and again all day on the new years day.  I just dont see it as that big of a holiday.  Besides the fact most people are off and home so it makes it perfect for us to be open so that they can bring in their animals.  And maybe it is because I make no plans to go anywhere or do anything because I am always on call 24/7 365 so I might as well be open.

Tuesday morning it was very hard to get out of bed.  I didnt want to and I thought really hard about just forgetting it but one canNOT start the new year with an excuse to not go to the gym.  Up and out of bed and off to the gym at 6.
