The Cube cycle 2 week 2 wave 3 – Squats reps and bench heavy

Some days I wonder how we ever get through them but we always seem to do it.

The weekend was good.  I dont remember what I did but I dont think it was very much other than get errands ran and see emergencies and make sure the kids cleaned the house.  Sunday was church, emergencies and football.  I dont mind such weekends.

Monday was up at 4 and out the door in hopes of no revolutionists….

squats reps

warm up on the treadmill for 10 mins

I missed depth on every single rep of every single set :(  But they felt better than the last time I did reps as far as being able to hit my numbers.  I wore my belt and I think that helped as well.  Nothing like having a nice belt and only using it half a dozen times a year.

I had a funeral to go to in the morning so we only had two surgeries and the walk ins to deal with so that I could go home and change at 9.  Got back at 1 and it was balls to the wall crazy busy the rest of the day!!  We were short staffed and there was hardly time to even sit down and collect ones thoughts.  Thankfully I think everything went smoothly and we were out the door a bit before 6pm.

We went and watched Emma at karate and stopped by dreadmart to get supplies for the kitchen at the kids school.  It was late when we got back, well late for me, and Emma had to do her homework still.  I think we still managed to all be in bed before 9 and I was thankful for that and even more that the phone didnt ring all night.

Up at 4 and out the door a bit after 5 this morning.

the usual 10 min warm up on the dreadmill.  I hate it but I do feel better being warm.

We didnt have that many surgeries this morning but we had the ultrasound install and it took a long time.  Then I forgot that I was supposed to go out to the fairgrounds and bleed 7 head of bucking horses which is NOT easy.  They are not gentle and would rather bite you and maim you than let you stick them with a needle.  It took an hour to get them done and then it was back to finish the install and do an enucleation and a bazillion booked afternoon.

We have an ACL repair to that was scheduled for this morning but we didnt get to and had wanted to get it started around 4 but it is now 5 and we have not yet even began the process!!

Tomorrow we have to go and semen test bulls all day long, 50 of them!!  It will be a long day.  Just thinking about it makes me tired.
