The Cube cycle 2 week 1 wave 3 – bench reps

I got to bed early last night and it was great.  I didnt sleep super great but I slept and that is always a good thing.  Charlie had the worst gas and and it would wake me up and then he would go whine at the door and I would get up to let him out and then would have to go and let him back in a few a minutes and this went on many times through the night.  Four am came sooner than I would like and it was time to get up!

bench reps

walked on the treadmill for a dreadful 10 mins and was not near as warmed up as I usually am, that should have been my first clue that the workout wasnt going to be very good.

I knew for sure it was going to be a less than stellar workout when 115# felt like 135# .  Blah.  Some days are good, some days are not so good.

We were supposed to go on a ranch call this morning and got loaded up and fueled up and headed down the road when the client called and said that they couldnt get their chute working and were going to have to cancel.  So we turned around and went back to the clinic.  We had the whole morning blocked out and so we stopped by and got the nail stuff and Devri did my nails and they really really needed it!!

photo(1213)We got done barely before afternoon appointments started but they are great.

We got through appointments smoothly and had a horse castration at the end of the day and all ended well.  The GDV pointer is even doing a bit better and I am hopeful that it might actually make it!!
