Saturday I went to the gym and hit hamstrings. I figure that my time on squat day is pretty much all taken up with well, squatting, so I need to do something to keep the hammies going.

Emma had a dental appointment yesterday morning at 7 so no gym for me yesterday. In one way it was nice to have an extra rest day before squats but it just doesnt feel the same not going and working out first thing to start the week.
So a few updates. Punchy is all well and back to her terroristic ways. Charlie is still here and I think his foot is getting a bit better. He is very lame on it and I am afraid that he is going to damage his other because of his weight.
It looks bad but I think it looks better than it did the first day.
This is today.
I dont know, I see it every day and it stresses me out so much because I cant stand the thought of him not being able to keep his leg I did tell his dad today that putting him down was NOT an option! Even if we had to do a prosthetic, we would save him!!
Yesterday was a typical monday and at the end of the day we did another tattooing around a dogs eye.
Just a little bit of eyeliner around there to keep the sun glare and irritation down and to decrease the chances of skin cancer due to sun damage.
The monchers had karate last night and then it was home to bed.
Up at 4:30 and out the door before 6 for some squatting!

Today hasnt been that busy of a day. This morning was consistent and we were done about 11:15. The afternoon was booked but we had several no shows but a few walk ins so it all turned out alright. The lobby is full right now so might have a last minute rush
