I was hoping to have a weekly thoughts and ramble post but it has been so busy that I havent had the time or the ambition to get it done so I am playing catch up.
So a few weeks ago I posted on how I was going to start intermittent fasting and I dont think I have posted anything since! I am a total loser but I am ok with it

I am not sure if there is any difference to be honest! I was 170# at week 1, 168# at week 2, 169# at week 3! I find it very frustrating BUT it is really my own fault because I have not been super good at keeping track of my calories so some days I am at or a bit below 1500 and other days I am probably closer to 2000. The only thing I have been good at is stopping eating at 2:30.

I have one more week of the current program and then it is on to something else. Not entirely sure what exactly but something that will go a bit better with a calorie deficit. I will continue the intermittent fasting for a few more weeks and try and do a better job and keeping my calories in check now that I dont have to work the horse races and wont have access to fabulous food on the weekends and then am exhausted during the week so think I need to eat more to stay awake Amazing the things we can rationalize so we can eat what we shouldnt!
