I am such a dork! I apparently hit too many keys of the wrong kind and posted mondays stuff before I was even ready so I just left it and am doing another one for todays workout!
The last appointment of the day was a mule castration and sutures out on a horse that we had sutured up a few weeks ago. It had torn a huge hole in its butt cheek. Jenn and I had had to work on it in the dark and I was pretty sure it would turn out to be a disaster that didnt heal very well. But it actually healed very well and only had a small section of skin where the point of injury had occurred that needed to be cut off.
The before pics of when it first happened.
After it was all cleaned up and the dead stuff cut off!
Looks pretty darn good and I was pleased with how well it had healed.
Tried to get to bed early but it didnt really work that well but one would think I would be used to that by now. Up at 4:30 and off to the gym by 6.

gym to myself once again! It is no wonder people never see results from their efforts in the gym, they never commit to come routinely!!!

this mornings surgery schedule was pretty slow comparably to most days. It was a good thing though because we had some horses haul up from outside of willcox or joint injections and those take awhile.
The afternoon is sparse as well with about 6 or 7 appointments and then a ranch call to vaccinate some heifers and then back to do the last collection and insemination on a couple of bulldogs. Hoping that the mamma dog takes because it is always a great feeling to know that one was successful in making babies
