When I weigh 10,000#, it is all Steven Hermans fault!   He bestowed upon me a large box of chocolates and sweets that I love but do not need.    But they are incredible and I am savoring each bite of which there have been many of today!  One has to sample a bit of everything or it would be very disrespectful!

photo(642)The chocolates suffered quite a bit from the arizona heat :(   but they are still delicious!

photo(643)I am most excited to try these even if they are now different shaped.

photo(644)Such an assortment of yumminess.

Ok, back to workout stuff.   I did not want to get up this morning.   In fact I actually thought it was Sunday when I first started waking up.  UGHHH that is a bad thing to think it is sunday when it is only tuesday!!

Up and out of bed and very slow moving so out the door barely before 6.

bench

photo(638)I hate taking the time to stretch but it really has helped!

bench

*125# for 5

*135# for 4 I am a loser!

*115# for 10, 2x 8, 2x 7

photo(640)that was all I had time for today as I spent 15 mins talking with someone on how long it took me to recover from my ACL surgery.  He had had his done 3 months ago and he said his knee was still very unstable.  That is not a good thing and I had told him to go somewhere else for surgery before he had it done.  Hopefully he will at least get a brace for it.

I got done and headed home to change and go and watch Zac for a few minutes at football camp.  Right as I was headed over to drop my stuff off at the clinic Charlies dad came driving in so I stayed there and updated him on what was going on.  He couldnt stay very long and Charlie was very upset about it so I took him to Zacs camp :)

His foot is looking very good and healing well!

The toes are almost back to normal size, all but one of them and the granulation tissue has grown a lot this week.  I think leaving it open for most of the day has been very good for it.

photo(583)This is what it looked like about a week and a half ago.  Pretty darn amazing!!  Thank you Jesus for healing it so quickly!

Zac had a great time again at football camp.  He will miss it the next two days because of school and be back on friday for the last day.  I am not sure when the practice starts but I think it is some time next week.

He has come home very excited about it each day!  That is a good thing.

It was a bit slow again this morning and this afternoon has been very slow.  This is very typical of when school starts because everybody is buying school supplies and clothes and they dont really want to spend any money on their pets.

So glad that tomorrow is wednesday and I can stay in bed for an extra hour and sit on the porch swing and read my bible and watch the sun rise :D
