I am so not focused today!  I have had my blog post open for about two hours and have sat in front of it on and off between appointments and havent been able to think of anything to start with.  Ahhhh somedays life is just that way!  Too many thoughts and distractions!

Last night I finished putting together my mothers day swing.  I love the big porch swings and David had ordered me a nice one for the back porch and then the monchers and I sat on a cheap one at walmart so I told them to tell David that I wanted it for mothers day so I could put it in the front area.  (That is a huge run on sentence!)  So anyway, David had it most of the way together and I finished it up.  I cant wait to go and sit in it and swing.  In fact, I think I will head there right now.  Please excuse me while I go get set up :)

This is awesome!  Life is so good!

Up and out the door at the usual times this morning.

Legs

deads

*95# for 10

*105# for 10

*115# for 10

*125# for 10

*135# for 10

Really really really worked at trying to get parallel on all sets.  Did better this week than last but still not quite deep enough on the last reps of the last few sets.

lying leg curls

*10# for 5 sets of 10

done very slow and controlled.  It is an awkward machine and has odd angles so less is definitely more here!

incline situps

*22 for 2 sets

The morning wasnt too too crazy and we were done with surgeries about 11 and we all made it out the door and over to bible study with a few minutes to spare.  We had a great womens time of fellowship and it was hard to leave but they called from the office and said there were people there already so we finished up and came back to work.

The afternoon was busy and time went by pretty fast.  We had a poor mamma cat come in with half her belly gone.

She has week old kittens and apparently had mastitis in one of her larger mammary glands and the owner waited until it ruptured to rush her right in! :(   Thankfully she was negative for FeLV and FIV and so we anesthetized her and cleaned it up and gave her some antibiotics and she should be fine.

The rest of the afternoon went by smoothly and now I have to figure out what to fix for dinner.
