Some days one just has to sit back and wonder at the things that happen and are said around them. It has been one of those weeks. That being said it has been a pretty good week over all.
Wednesday was a typical day at the clinic. Things were busy and the day went by fast and I was tired at the end of it. Must be the sign of a good day.

Up and out of bed at 4:30 and off to the gym.
There was some random dude in there today whom I had never seen before and I hope to never see again. He was one of those who has to make grunting noises every time he lifts something regardless of it being a warm up set or a working set. It is a bit distracting as I make fun of them in my head the whole time
