The moon has been absolutely amazing lately! So full and bright! I dont have a good enough camera nor do I have any idea how to work one so getting a good clear pic isnt going to happen but I try
This week has been a bit on the crazy side. Partly because we have been busy but mostly because I am leaving to a meeting and will be gone for five days and everybody is freaking out!! Not that I blame them as it leaves a big hole when I am gone because there is NO veterinarian at the clinic but stressing and freaking doesnt make it any better or easier.
We have been short staffed the past couple days as well which hasnt helped. Devris daughter is due to have a baby at time and she was having some issues yesterday morning so they sat at the doctors office all morning. Then today Jenns daughter had a bit of a diabetic crisis and she was out with her but everything went smoothly and well. Thank you Lord for your graciousness!
Yesterday we had to do a pinfire on a roping horse with a bad splint. The horse had stumbled and almost went head over heels and must have stepped on himself. He had multiple fractures along the splint bone and was significantly lame. We decided to pin fire it to see if it helped in the healing process.
Glad it isnt my leg
The rest of the day went smoothly and I got too bed at a decent time. The dogs were very good and slept all night and there were no emergency calls and I rolled out of bed at 4:30 and was out the door before 6.
