Saturday was the last soccer game of the year!  YEAH!!   Only Emma had a game and it was early and cold!!

She is so beautiful!  I would love to have amazing flowing hair like she has! :)

Zac is looking a bit too christmassy :)

After soccer Emma went to a birthday party and I dropped Zac and David off at home and I did some solo shopping.  I love it when I get to go solo shopping :)   After that it was pretty much a bunch of nothing which is always my favorite thing to do on saturdays, well that and taking a nap!

Sunday was church and a church cookout afterwards.  The afternoon was then spent watching football and doing a few emergencys and a bunch of nothing again.  yeah!

Went to bed at the usual time and rolled out of bed reluctantly at 4:30.   If it werent for the fact that we are open today I would not have gone to the gym :)   But since I had to get up and work I figured I needed to get up and go workout!

legs

leg press

*200# for 50

*250# for 40

*300# for 35

*350# for 30

*400# for 20

I should have pushed through on the 400# for another 5 reps.  Im such a lazy lifter!  It left me 1000# short of 25 tons of weight moved.  Not that anyone cares or that it matters but it sounds like an impressive number.

lying leg curls

*35# for 4 sets of 10

step ups

*10 each leg for three sets

seated calf raises

*70# for 18 for 4 sets

HLRs

*20 for 3 sets

The little kennel girl lost a dog last night that was boarding!  UGHHH  the worst thing about owning ones own business is employees.  There are some that you can talk til you are blue in the face day after day after day and they never ever get it!  Thank the Lord that it was waiting at the side door this morning when I got back from the gym.

The surgery schedule was pretty busy and we got done at 11.  Zac had taken Purr to the house for the weekend and he brought her back for a bandage change.  She is healing so quickly!  It looks outstanding.  I am going to have to cut away a bit more skin but going to wait until she has healed a bit more before I make a bigger area.

We cleaned her up and measured it and place a special hydrocolloid patch on there to help with healing.  I am excited to see how well it looks at the end of the week when we change the bandage again.

The afternoon is not that busy.  I am hoping it goes by fast.  :)
